WOD : 12 rounds and 1 hspu( the plates kept disappearing cause coach kept taking that away.

Okay I did it very fast because I was scaling with a thin band and 35 pound plate that because a 25pound plate.

After which coach( http://www.coachkevintraining.blogspot.sg/) taught me how to eat. The real way 6 whole egg and 6 bacon.

Snatch-Practice 88 lbs snatch.
I realized I never had a chance to do snatch at the box and I cant snatch at my gym.

WOD: started With 100lbs for the first round of 10reps and scales down to 77lbs Immensely. Need to pucker up and get stronger.
